Billing Process

Luna Gifts accept the following forms of payment at checkout from any country: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. Alternatively we accept payment via Paypal. Cards cannot be combined at this time. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. At this time we do not accept personal checks and money orders.

Shipping

It usually takes about 1 business day for us to process your order. As soon as we've verified all of your information, your order will ship and we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

Please note: Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available.

Return Policy

Luna-Gifts.com accepts only full-price merchandise returns; All full-priced merchandise returned must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. You may return items purchased from Luna-Gifts.com by mail within 7 days from the date receive the package. Gift baskets with fruit cannot be return. Original receipt must be attached.

Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the shipment received date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please note that sale items are non-refundable.
