Return Policy

Luna-Gifts.com accepts only full-price merchandise returns; All full-priced merchandise returned must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. You may return items purchased from Luna-Gifts.com by mail within 14 days from the date receive the package. Original receipt must be attached. 

Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the shipment received date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please note that sale items are non-refundable. 

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging. Packages must be returned pre-paid; We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
